Why Use This Feature?

Comments can turn a basic announcement into a conversation. When enabled, clients can publicly reply, react, and build engagement, making your business feel more personal and connected. If you prefer, you can disable comments to keep posts simple and one-way.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Community in your LegitFit dashboard.

  2. Click Create Announcement.

  3. Below the message box, toggle the Allow Comments option on or off.

  4. If enabled, clients can leave replies visible to all other clients in your community.

  5. If disabled, the announcement will be read-only.

  6. Click Send to publish.


What Happens Next

When comments are turned on, any client can reply to the announcement and others can see and respond to those replies. This creates a social-style feed that builds a stronger sense of connection. If comments are turned off, the announcement will appear as a static message with no interaction.


Success Tip

Enable comments for casual updates, celebrations, or social events. Disable them for one-way notices such as policy changes, class cancellations, or pricing updates.
