Understanding the Key Metrics
Lifetime volume
The estimated gross revenue from all card payments processed through your account since launch. This includes payments currently in your Stripe balance and amounts in transit to your bank.
Stripe current balance
The amount of money currently held in your Stripe account from recent payments.
Funds are transferred to your bank based on Stripe’s standard rolling payout schedule.
Active clients
The number of clients who currently have an active membership or package.
Average revenue per client
Your average monthly recurring revenue per active membership holder.
This is calculated by dividing your MRR by the number of clients with an active membership and should be treated as an estimate.
Viewing Data Behind Each Report
Every report card includes a View more option.
-
Payments reports show individual transactions
-
Membership and package reports show purchases and status
-
Bookings reports display booking activity
-
Attendance reports break attendance down by client
This allows you to move from high-level insights to individual records without leaving the Reports area.

What Happens Next
Once you customise your dashboard, your preferences are saved automatically.
The Unified Reports page becomes your primary reporting hub, replacing the previous Payments, Bookings, and Attendance report pages.
Additional reports and breakdowns will be added over time as the feature continues to evolve.
Success Tip
If you regularly review reports with staff present, use PIN protection to prevent accidental access to sensitive financial data, especially when viewing payments or revenue metrics.
