Schedule Membership Freezes Instead Of Freezing Immediately

Pause memberships in advance without cancelling or manual follow-ups.

You can now schedule a membership freeze to start and end on specific dates. This gives you more flexibility to support holidays, injuries, or planned breaks while keeping billing and retention on track.

What it does:

  • Lets you schedule a membership freeze for future dates
  • Pushes the next billing date out by the length of the freeze
  • Allows you to cancel a scheduled freeze if plans change

How to try it:

  1. Open LegitFit in a web browser and go to a client’s profile
  2. Open their active membership through:
    1. Clients > Services or
    2. Products > Memberships
  3. Click Freeze Membership and choose Freeze from and Freeze until dates
  4. Confirm the freeze, or cancel it later from the membership details if needed

📱 Pro Tip: Use scheduled freezes for holidays or seasonal breaks, and set clear rules on how often clients can freeze to protect long-term retention.

Customise your reports and explore performance with more flexibility.

 

Unified Reports brings your key business metrics into a single, customisable dashboard. You can choose which reports appear, adjust date ranges, compare performance over time, and explore the data behind each report when you need more context.

What it does:

  • Gives you a flexible, customisable Reports dashboard

  • Supports multiple date ranges and comparison views

  • Helps you understand patterns and performance over time

How to try it:

  1. Open LegitFit in a web browser

  2. Go to Reports from the admin dashboard

  3. Use Customise to select which reports appear

  4. Click 'View More' on each card to see the data and download in CSV

📱 Pro Tip: Set up your Unified Reports view to match how you review performance regularly, such as monthly or year to date, so the data you need is always front and centre.

    Send Broadcasts to Members With an Active Membership

    Target messages more accurately using membership status.

    You can now send broadcast messages specifically to clients who currently have an active membership. This makes it easier to share updates, reminders, or announcements with the members who are actively attending and paying, without manually segmenting your audience.

    What it does:

    • Lets you target broadcasts to members with an active membership

    • Supports sending to specific memberships, such as Open Gym or Class Packs

    • Helps ensure messages reach the most relevant audience

    How to try it:

    1. Open LegitFit in a web browser

    2. Go to Messages > Direct and click Create broadcast

    3. Choose Email or SMS and write your message

    4. Select Members (Active Membership) or Members with specific membership

    5. Send your broadcast

    📱 Pro Tip: Use the active membership filter for important studio updates like timetable changes, closures, or policy reminders so messages stay relevant and well received.
