Step-by-Step Instructions

By default, clients can purchase multiple memberships or packages without restriction.

For example, a client may hold multiple memberships if they also have children attending the venue.

When a client purchases a membership they already have, a message will appear at the top of the screen informing them of this.

To limit purchases for a package:

Go to Products > Packages.

Edit the package by clicking the pencil icon.

Toggle Single Purchase Only to restrict clients to one purchase.

Memberships renew automatically and are not limited unless cancelled by the client or provider.
What Happens Next
Clients will be able to buy as many products as allowed by your settings.
