How do programme blocks and exercises work?
Structure workouts using blocks, exercises, and sets to guide client training.
Why Use This Feature?
Programme blocks help you organise workouts into clear sections such as warm-ups, main lifts, and finishers. This structure makes programmes easier to build, easier for clients to follow, and more consistent across sessions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Open an existing programme or create a new one via Timetable → Programmes.
-
Start with the Warm-up section at the top of the programme.
-
This block is designed for preparation exercises before the main workout.

-
Click + Block to create Block A
-
Enter a block title (e.g. Strength, Conditioning, Accessories)
-
-

-

-
-
Add more exercises to the same block:
-
Repeat the process using + Exercise
-
-
Create additional blocks as needed:
-
Use Block B, Block C, or further blocks to separate training phases
-
-
Review the full programme layout before saving.
What Happens Next
Once saved, the programme displays exercises in block order for the client.
Each block appears as a distinct section, helping clients move through the workout logically from warm-up to finish.
Any videos, sets, reps, RPE, or KG you add are visible to the client when completing the programme.
Success Tip
Use blocks consistently across programmes (for example Warm-up, Main Lift, Accessories, Finisher). This makes your coaching style easier for clients to recognise and follow over time.
