How do I share a PAR-Q link with clients?

Send clients directly to your PAR-Q form using a shareable link they can access anytime.

Why Use This Feature?

The public PAR-Q link allows you to send clients directly to your PAR-Q form, rather than relying on system prompts or notifications.

This is useful for:

  • Collecting PAR-Q responses before a client’s first session
  • Sending forms via email, WhatsApp, or onboarding flows
  • Ensuring clients complete required health information in advance

Clients who are not logged in will be prompted to log in before completing the PAR-Q.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open LegitFit in a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings > System Settings.
  3. Locate the Public PAR-Q Link.
  4. Copy the link.
  5. Share the link with your clients:
    • Email
    • SMS or WhatsApp
    • Onboarding documents or forms

 

What Happens Next

  • When a client opens the link:
    • If they are not logged in, they will be prompted to log in first.
    • Once logged in, they will be taken directly to the PAR-Q form.
  • After completing the PAR-Q:
    • Their responses are saved to their profile.
    • You can review their answers as part of their client record.
