How do I set a package to activate on first booking?
Delay package activation until your client actually attends their first session.
Why Use This Feature?
If clients purchase a package but don’t start training straight away, the time limit can run out before they ever use it. The Activate on First Booking option solves this by starting the package duration only from the date of the client’s first session.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Products > Packages.

Select the package you want to edit and click the pencil icon.

Scroll to the Active from First Booking option.

Toggle it on.

The package will activate on the date of the client’s first booked session (not the purchase date).

The expiry period (e.g. 30 days) will start from that first booking date.

Click Edit to save your changes.
What Happens Next
Clients can purchase packages in advance without worrying about the clock running down. The package duration will only begin once they attend their first booking.
