How do I manage clients on a package?
Add, assign, or review clients using your packages.

Managing clients directly from a package gives you control over who has access, how they were added, and whether their package is still active or expired.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Products > Packages.

Select the package you want to manage to open Package Details.

To add a client manually:

See the Package Holders section of the Package Details.

Click Assign to Client.

Choose payment type: card, cash, or free assignment.

Confirm to add the client to the package.

To view expired clients:

In the package client list, tick the box above to include expired users.

Expired clients will appear alongside active ones.

To manage an individual client:

Click on their name.

From here, you can freeze, extend, or cancel their package.
