How do I extend my timetable to recur for another year?
Update your recurring sessions so your timetable continues seamlessly into the next year.
Why Use This Feature?
If your timetable is set to stop on a certain date (e.g. 31 December), you’ll need to extend your recurring sessions to keep classes running smoothly into the new year. This saves time and avoids manually recreating your schedule.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Go to your Timetable and click into the last recurring session (e.g. 31 December).
-
Click Edit.
-
Scroll down to the Repeat Session section.
-
Change the End Date to your new cut-off (e.g. 31 December 2026).
-
You can set it one, two, or several years into the future.
-
-
Under Apply changes to, select From this date forward (not “this event only”).
-
Click Update to save your changes.
-
Repeat this process for each recurring session in your timetable.
What Happens Next
Your sessions will now continue to repeat until the new end date you selected. Clients will see the updated timetable and can book into classes beyond the previous year-end.
Success Tip
Set your sessions to recur two or three years in advance so you don’t need to revisit this process annually.
