How do I enable or view hidden or disabled packages?

Easily find and reactivate packages when you need them again.

Why Use This Feature?

Sometimes you may want to temporarily hide or disable a package. Knowing how to view and re-enable them saves time and avoids having to recreate packages from scratch.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Products > Packages.

  2. At the top of the page, click the eye icon to show disabled packages.

  3. Browse the list to see all currently disabled packages.

  4. To re-enable a package:

    • Select the package from the list.

    • Click the plus icon (or toggle) to make it active again.

  5. If a package is hidden due to visibility settings (e.g. staff-only or restricted group):

    • Edit the package by clicking the pencil icon.

    • Update the visibility settings as needed.

    • Save your changes.


What Happens Next

Your hidden or disabled package will become visible and available again to the clients you select.
