How do I create a training programme in LegitFit?
Build structured training programmes for clients from the admin dashboard.
Why Use This Feature?
Training programmes allow you to plan workouts in advance and deliver consistent structure to your clients. You can build programmes manually or with AI support, control who they are shared with, and decide when and how clients complete them.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Open LegitFit in a web browser.
-
Programmes cannot be created from the mobile app.
-
-
Go to Timetable from the admin dashboard.
-
At the top of the timetable, click Programmes.
-
Click + Programme in the top-right corner.
-
Choose who the programme is shared with:
-
All clients
-
An individual client
-
Only yourself (useful for drafts or templates)
-
-
(Optional) Restrict access to the programme:
-
Limit visibility to specific packages or memberships
-
Only clients with those products will be able to access it
-
-
Choose how the programme is scheduled:
-
Fixed date
Clients must complete the programme on the selected date. -
Flexible date
Clients can complete the programme at any time within the selected date range.
-
-
(Optional) Toggle Repeat Programme if the programme should recur.
-
This enables repeat scheduling and advanced features such as progressive overload.
-
-
Enter a Programme Title.
-
Start building the programme structure:
-
Add a Warm-up
-
Add Block A, Block B, Block C, or additional blocks as needed
-
Within each block, click + Exercise to add exercises
-
-
For each exercise:
-
Select the exercise from the dropdown
-
Add sets and reps
-
(Optional) Add RPE and KG
-
(Optional) Add a YouTube video URL
-
-
Click Create Programme to save.
What Happens Next
Once created, the programme becomes available to the clients you selected.
Clients will see the programme in their account based on the sharing and restriction rules you set.
If the programme is repeating, future instances are generated automatically based on your schedule.
Success Tip
If you plan to use progressive overload or repeating schedules later, enable Repeat Programme at the start.
