How do I create a package?

Why Use This Feature?
Memberships and packages are the foundation of your client offerings. Creating them properly ensures smooth billing, clear client access, and a streamlined booking experience.
Step-by-Step Instructions

On desktop, go to the Products tab in the left sidebar.

Select Packages.

To create a new package:

Click Create Package at the top right.

Enter the name, category, and description.

Choose the visibility.

If you select Just Me, the package will not appear for sale publicly. You’ll need to share the link directly with a client.

Toggle on/off Restrict Purchases to Membership Holders.

This makes the package visible only to certain membership holders, allowing you to create exclusive offers.

Enter the price, session count, and duration period.

Choose On/Off for the following options:

Single Purchase – the package can only be bought once per customer (ideal for trial or taster sessions).

Auto-Renewal – the package will automatically renew once finished. Clients can toggle this on/off from their profile.

Open Access – allows entry without a booking.

Priority Booking – gives members additional advance booking time beyond the standard booking window.

Activate on First Booking – the duration period starts from the first booking date instead of the purchase date.

Click Create to save.
What Happens Next
Your new package will be available for clients to purchase. It can be assigned to sessions via the timetable or directly from the service settings.
Success Tip
Review your package carefully before saving, as not all settings can be edited once it has been created.
