Step-by-Step Instructions

In the left-hand sidebar, go to Products > Coupons.

Click Create New Coupon.

Choose a discount type:

Percentage Discount – e.g. 20% off for 3 months.

Fixed Amount Discount – e.g. €10 off.

Set the duration (e.g. one-time or multiple months).

(Optional) Add limitations:

Tick Redeemable Until to set an expiry date and time.

Set a maximum number of redemptions (e.g. 1 or 10).

Select which packages or memberships the coupon applies to.

Click Create — your coupon is now live.
What Happens Next
Your coupon can be used immediately. Clients can apply it at checkout, or you can share it via email, social media, or in person.
