How do I change or extend the expiry date of a package?

Adjusting expiry dates allows you to offer flexibility to clients who need more time, while still keeping control over package usage.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Products > Packages.

Select the package you want to edit and click the pencil icon.

Scroll to the Expiration After Purchase field.

Update the expiry duration (e.g. from 30 days to 60 days).

Save your changes by clicking Edit at the bottom.

For individual clients:

Go to the client’s profile.

Open their active package.

Extend the expiry date directly for that client if needed.

What Happens Next
The package expiry will update to the new date, either globally for all new purchases or individually for a specific client.

Extend expiry dates as an alternative to freezing if a client needs extra time but you don’t want to pause the package.
