Can my members bring a guest to a session?

Let your members add an extra person to their booking directly from the app.

Why Use This Feature?

This feature allows your members to bring a guest, a friend, or a family member without you having to manually add them. It streamlines guest attendance, helps you fill classes, and keeps your booking records accurate.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. A member books a session as normal in the LegitFit app.

  2. Once the booking is completed, the member will see an Additional Booking option on the booking confirmation screen.

  3. The member taps the arrow icon beside Additional Booking.

  4. They are prompted to enter the guest’s:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

  5. Once submitted, the system records two bookings for the session — the member and their guest.

What Happens Next

You’ll see both the member and their guest listed in the session’s booking list. The guest is treated as an additional attendee and will appear in your attendance records.

Success Tip

Let members know they must first complete their own booking before the Additional Booking option appears.
