Can I set a coupon to expire after a certain date?

Why Use This Feature?

Expiring discounts are a powerful way to spark FOMO, boost conversions, and nudge clients to book. Whether it’s a seasonal deal or a flash promo, you control exactly when the offer ends.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, go to Products > Coupons.

  2. Click Create New Coupon.

  3. Enter your coupon details (discount type, amount, duration, etc.).

  4. Tick the option Limit the date when customers can redeem this coupon.

  5. Select the exact expiry date and time using the calendar picker.

  6. Complete the rest of your setup, then click Create.

What Happens Next

Your coupon will remain valid until the expiry date and time you set. After that, it will automatically become invalid and cannot be used at checkout.

Success Tip

Promote your expiry date clearly in your marketing (e.g. “Offer ends Friday at midnight!”). Adding urgency encourages last-minute bookings.
