Can I restrict who can purchase a package?

Control which clients can see and buy your packages.

Why Use This Feature?

Restrictions let you tailor packages to the right clients, whether that means limiting them to active members, offering exclusive deals, or creating hidden products for staff use only.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Products > Packages.

  2. Click on the package you want to edit and select the pencil icon to open settings.

  3. Choose from the following restriction options:

    • Restrict to members: toggle to allow only active membership holders to purchase.

    • Visibility settings:

      • All clients

      • Selected individuals or groups

      • Private (visible only to staff)

    • Single purchase only: toggle to restrict a package so it can only be bought once per client.

    • Price: set to zero if you want the package to be free.

  4. Save your changes by clicking Edit at the bottom of the page.

What Happens Next

Only the clients you’ve allowed will be able to see or purchase the package.
