Freezing, cancelling, disabling, or deleting packages helps you manage client situations, stop sales, or remove unused products without disrupting your business setup.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Freezing a Package

Go to the client’s profile.

Open their active package.

Choose the option to Freeze to pause the package.

Note: Packages can only be frozen for individual clients, not in bulk.

Cancelling a Package

Go to the client’s profile.

Select the active package.

Use the option to Cancel to stop the client from continuing.

Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.

Disabling a Package
-
Go to Products > Packages.

Select the package and click the minus icon.

This prevents new sales but keeps existing clients on the package.

Deleting a Package

Only possible if there are no active clients on the package.

Go to the package details and click Delete.

If active clients remain, you must disable instead.

What Happens Next
You’ll be able to manage packages for individual clients (freeze/cancel) or for your business (disable/delete), giving you full control.
Success Tip
Use disable instead of delete if you want to stop sales but still keep records of past clients.
