Why Use This Feature?

Clients stay longer when they feel recognised. With milestone automations, you can celebrate achievements like a client’s 1st, 100th, or even 1000th session — without having to track anything manually.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Automated in your LegitFit dashboard.

  2. Click Create Automated Message.

  3. Set the trigger to one of the following:

    • Client’s 1st booking

    • 100th, 250th, 500th, or 1000th booking

  4. (Optional) Add filters such as:

    • Has Active Membership

    • Has Attended a Session

  5. Write a celebratory message. Example:

    Subject: 🎉 You just hit 100 sessions!
    Message: “You’ve trained 100 times with us — that’s incredible. Pop by the front desk for a small thank-you gift!”

  6. Click Save.


What Happens Next

Any client who reaches the selected booking milestone will automatically receive your message. You can edit the content at any time or create additional follow-up automations to build on the celebration.
