Why Use This Feature?

Bundling allows you to create premium plans that combine benefits (such as gym access plus classes) under one subscription. It simplifies the client experience and boosts the value of your offerings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

To bundle memberships:

  1. Go to Products > Memberships.

  2. Create a new membership.

  3. In the setup panel, select the Bundled Memberships tab.

  4. Enter a name for your new bundle.

  5. Select the memberships you want to include.

  6. Add the new bundle Price.

  7. Click Create.

Important Rules and Notes

  • The individual memberships must be created first before they can be bundled together.

  • All bundled memberships must share the same billing cycle (e.g. monthly).

  • Bundling works best when one membership is the “main” offer and the others are supplementary.

  • Clients pay one fee (the price you set for the bundle).

  • Sessions from each bundled membership stack, allowing clients to use them across multiple services.

What Happens Next

Once live, clients who purchase the bundle will receive all included services under a single subscription. The system will automatically combine their session entitlements.
