Can I assign a membership or package to a client for free?

Manually add products to client accounts at no cost or with offline payments.

Why Use This Feature?

Assigning products manually gives you flexibility to handle promotions, free trials, cash payments, or special arrangements outside of online purchasing.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the client’s profile in LegitFit.
  2. Go to the Timeline tab. 
  3. Click 'Assign Service to Client' button. 
  4. Choose Assign Membership or Assign Package.
  5. Choose how you want to assign the product:
    1. Free: add without charging the client.
    2. Cash: log the payment manually if paid in cash.
    3. Card: record a card payment processed outside of LegitFit.
  6. Confirm your choice, and the product will appear in the client’s account.

What Happens Next

The client will have the membership or package added to their account and can use it immediately.
