Coupons are a great way to reward loyalty, run promotions, or give friends and family discounts. With LegitFit, you can apply them at checkout or even to an existing membership.


Step-by-Step Instructions

To create a coupon:

  1. Go to Products > Coupons.

  2. Select Create Coupon.

  3. Enter the details for your discount.

  4. Click Create.

To apply a coupon when assigning a membership:

  1. Go to Products > Memberships.

  2. Click into the membership and select Assign to Client.

  3. In the assignment panel, choose your client.

  4. Select the payment method.

  5. Enter the coupon code (case-sensitive) in the field provided.

  6. Click Apply, then Confirm.

To apply a coupon to an active membership:

  1. Go to Clients > Services.

  2. Select the Active Membership.

  3. In the membership window, click the Tag icon.

  4. Enter the coupon code.

  5. Click Add Coupon to confirm.

To apply a coupon as a client (self-service):

  1. Share the purchase link with your client.

  2. At checkout, they can enter the coupon code.

  3. The discount will apply automatically if valid.


Important Notes

  • Coupons are one-time use unless you create a recurring version.

  • Only the professional can retroactively add a coupon to a membership.


What Happens Next

The discount will appear on the client’s billing info and membership summary.

Create unique coupon codes for different campaigns (e.g. SUMMER10, PTWEEK20) so you can track which promotions perform best.
