Sometimes the best opportunities to delight clients come after they’ve signed up. With this feature, you can apply a discount to their next payment on an active membership — perfect for referral rewards, pricing adjustments, or unexpected goodwill gestures.
Step-by-Step Instructions

In the left-hand sidebar, go to Clients.

Click on the client’s name to open their profile.

Under Active Memberships, select the membership you want to update.

Click Apply Coupon.

Choose an existing coupon from your library and apply it.

The discount will be reflected on the client’s next scheduled payment.

(Optional) To remove it later, click Remove Coupon on the same screen.
What Happens Next
The client’s next payment will include the applied discount. The membership continues as normal, with no action required from the client.
Success Tip
Use this feature to fix a missed discount, give a one-off thank you, or manage long-term discount commitments without changing your base pricing.
